BLUE-PRINT

HIDDEN MESSAGE: CBS Games had a contest with this game.  You had to find the secret word, TEALPEHN (picture #1 and video), and then send in an entry form to enter.  The word was a hint to an upcoming “surprise” from CBS (future game?).  Other than the fact the word can be anagrammed into either “ELEPHANT” or “THEPLANE” (was this in reference to the unreleased game, Wings?), nothing else is known about it.  After uncovering the secret word, a box with an “X” inside it appears on the title screen (picture #2 and video). {Scott Stilphen}

HIDDEN MESSAGE: A prototype version exists that not only has different "solutions" for each level, but a different secret word, SAPIENCE (picture #3), which is a synonym for wisdom.  {Scott Stilphen}

HIDDEN MESSAGE: T.DIDOMENICO” (for Tom DiDomenico) can be found in the compiled code listing (picture #4). {Scott Stilphen}

The placing of the machine parts is not random- it’s based on a set # of patterns (article). {Scott Stilphen}

· Every time you complete a level without losing a life, bonus time is added to the next level.  The first level, you have to find 3 pieces; the 2nd is 5, and the 3rd and every level after requires all 8 to be found.  Trying to find all 8 pieces without the added bonus time is nearly impossible.

The score rolls over at 20,000 (see video).

BUG:  The manual mentions you earn an extra life the 3rd time you save Daisy.  You also earn another extra life the 6th time you save Daisy, which the manual doesn't mention.  {Scott Stilphen}
