Countermeasure

• EASTER EGG: The initials “AM” (for graphic artist Alan Murphy) appear on the “death” (skull & crossbones) screen, on the upper left bone (see picture).  {David Packard}

• The failsafe code can be any combination of the letters LEO, which also happen to be the first name of programmer Leo Salinas.

• The original name was Fail Safe; a prototype has been found with this name.  Other early names were Tank and possibly Tank Battle.
