• BUG: (1-player games) – Swing the bat as soon as the pitcher throws and hold the button down and push DOWN.  When the ball reaches the plate, it will be hit and appear randomly somewhere in the outfield, or occasionally result in a home run.  This trick also will create some strange effects. You might see an infielder run out to get it. One of your players might continually run out of the dugout, jump the fence, and run off-screen. The pitcher might become invisible but you’ll still be able to continue playing, or the pitcher may disappear altogether, at which point you can still run the bases, but the game will be unplayable once you reach home plate. At worst, this trick will completely crash the game.

• BUG: (1-player games) – In situations where you’re pitching with less than 2 outs, if the computer hits a ground ball to the pitcher, instead of throwing/forcing the runner out at first, tag him as he comes down the first baseline. An out is recorded. As the runner heads back toward the dugout, quickly throw the ball to the first baseman, another out is recorded! This always works when the bases are empty. However, there are situations it won’t, like when there are already 1 or more runners on base.  {Matthew Archambeau}
