Pharaoh's Pyramid

The manual mentions there's a hidden screen to find by entering a code ("THRONE" or "RICHES").  This is part of a contest to win a free poster or T-shirt.  There are 2 different codes to use.  At the title screen, you have to push the joystick LEFT to set the game to accept the codes.  You'll see a "C" appear after the number of players (1 or 2, picture #1).  After completing each level, you'll see an intermission screen (pictures #3 - #8).  Each screen offers both a hint (for "THRONE") and a letter in the upper-right corner (that spells out "RICHES").  At any intermission screen, move DOWN to bring up the screen to enter the code.  If correct, you'll see a screen showing 2 phone numbers for the company, Master Control Systems (picture #2).  If you called them and told them the code, you'd win either a T-shirt or a poster.

There are 6 levels in the game, and 7 rounds per level.  If you complete level 6, you'll see the ending where Achmed and Iris are together on top of the completed pyramid and Achmed (now a Pharaoh) knocks Osiris off the pyramid and he tumbles down and off the screen (picture #9 and video).

The 7th round on every level is a special round where you have the chance to grab the 'cup of life' for a free life.  The final bonus round (level 7, round 7) features a 'dark' pyramid for the final color (picture #10).

The total number of extra lives you can earn is 14 (picture #10)

BUG: The title is misspelled on the packaging, as well as several times in the manual.

BUG: The manual mentions to enter the password on any intermission screen, push the joystick in any direction.  This is incorrect; the only direction that works is DOWN.  {Scott Stilphen}

BUG: Whenever Moses' snake first appears, you see part of its graphics at the very bottom of the screen before it starts falling from the top (picture #11).

BUG: On level 5 and higher, if you want too long to fill in the holes created by Osiris (which you can only do when you are energized by Isis and are pink), Osiris can create too many holes, preventing you from reaching the Isis 'diamond' in the lower corners, effectively killing the game (picture #12).
