Self-centering controller

Gary Rubio (Staff Electrical Engineer) designed 20 Atari 5200 paddle controllers for himself and others within Atari.  One was found by Charles Dysert (has a label denoting it as prototype #10).  Beware of home-brew conversions being passed off as prototypes.
