Atari 1450XLD

Originally called the 1250XL (as it was meant to be a replacement to the 1200XL), the Atari 1450XLD was to be the top-of-the-line XL model that included all of the features of 1400XL model.  A larger case allowed for 2 internal 1050 disk drives to be added, and the motherboard included a high speed parallel bus disk drive controller.  The early codename for the system was Dynasty.  This the 1983 version of the motherboard, which was shorter and included a daughter board for a disk drive.  A later codename was TONG.  This was the 1984 version of the motherboard that was larger and included everything.
