This pre-production cartridge came from the private family estate sale of lead programmer Rich Montana in Toms River, New Jersey.  The label was hand-cut and assembled.  Where labels on released carts have the copyright text "Cartridge Content ©1983 Qualtronic Devices, Inc." across the bottom, this label has "Program © 1983 Selchow & Righter Company".  The cartridge shell is a Games By Apollo one and the pcb was the same used by Apollo and others, which were available from Jameco.
